As skyscrapers pierce through a thick blanket of fog, this unusual sight looks like a clip from a science fiction film. But the striking phenomenon was filmed in Chicago as dense clouds rolled over the city. Peter Tsai, 45, captured the stunning scene from the John Hancock Center 1000ft above ground. The bizarre event was caused by a warm, moist air mass moving over Lake Michigan, reacting to the cool water and creating fog.  Videographer / Director: Peter Tsai Producer: Jack Fletcher Editor: Joshua Douglas
